The company worked to track down a service provider during a long holiday. Service was provided within hours of my original service request. The plumbers fixed the issue and provided valuable diagnostic information as to the cause of this repeated issue. Now I am waiting for the service line warranty company to contact the city about an incorrect line that they approved before my home was even constructed.

Two service representatives arrived to assess a supposed leak that the city of Arlington insisted was occurring. They checked everything, said the pressure was good, and there were no leaks. They showed me what I should be checking on the gauges.
