You do not have contracted providers in my city anymore--which is the capitol city of 90,000 with many competent plumbers. We had to go 3 days with no toilet and sewage spilling out in front of the house, just a few weeks after the plumbers "fixed" the problem. I was never able to talk to anyone in customer service with the power to do anything except "email the next level up." We have an ongoing pipe/tree root issue that requires more than cleaning out the pipes, but Service Line Warranties for years had just had them keep coming and cleaning the pipe. Now you can't even provide promt service for that. Very unhappy.

I’m so relieved that I had this insurance to cover anything that went wrong. I have it for my pipes inside, outside anything you offered. So 6:30 in the morning when I heard water running- I didn’t have to panic too much. I found out that a pipe had burst going into my house and water was spraying out. I called homeserve and they were so nice and reassuring. They contacted a plumber right away and texted me with the information of who would be coming to fix it that day. I spoke with their plumber and the dispatcher was so wonderful- and got someone out to my house that day to get it fixed. And when he was done - he had worked so hard out in the heat, I asked him if I owed anything and he said no , it’s all covered. Talk about relief!
