We had two sewer issues back to back. We contacted the service line of warranty. The customer service is very helpful. The contractor is knowledgable. Both issues were resolved.

The third company that you sent seems to be able to do our job.. Mr Deron Murphy from Clean Path Plumbing was very knowledgeable and explained a lot. We are awaiting an estimate and are hoping that our job can be done when the weather warms up next spring.

Kind of hard to judge this given the Service Line Warranties rep. agreed we had an emergency (backed up sewer) yet the company's they contacted had us waiting 3 days for any repairs. Luckily, I called again the following day and was able to get someone out. So, not sure how to rate it.

The technicians were just what most people look for. They were kind, courteous, knowledgeable and clean. I was very satisfied.

plumber came out and unclogged the sewer pipe. did a great job

The experience has been difficult as my basement flooded but the people I have dealt with here have all been helpful in trying to get things back to normal again and I have greatly appreciated their help every step of the way
