I was easily able to contact SLW on a Sunday evening for a plumbing leak that quickly went from moderate to bad within a short time. The representative was very responsive to my issue and was able to have a plumber out to fix the leak in a expeditious time.

Everything was great except having too call Service Expert to follow up to finish the job

Jet sent out a wonderful young man that was fast, very effecient and just an all round wonderful person.

They responded quickly and would not leave until my problem was resolved.

Left a ton of water under the kitchen sink, sitting on wood - a couple bath towels worth. Did not clean it up or at least tell us it was there, only found it right after he left. Extension to p trap was left loosened.

Two different companies came out and neither had the knowledge of how to unclog our bath tub drain. Very disappointing .
