Very reliable, quick action

Never received any follow-up to why our sewer lines keep clogging in the same areas and any follow-up repair. Called and spoke to agent who disconnected me without an answer. No information within our account on the website except for the Job Number. Poor customer service.

Contractors arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and explained that it was not covered under warranty. Gave me an estimate and I okayed the work. When they were finished they cleaned the work area. They were efficient and pleasant to deal with.
