According to the person on site, they felt the tech was not very helpful. It may have been an off day for him. He did snake the drains and they seem to be okay. He recommended replacing the float in the toilet.

Service response was in a timely manner, and the Technicians were excellent, professional and completed the job.

Must have the same problem documented multiple times to qualify for getting the problem considered. This still don't mean that it will be covered under warranty. I had to pay $175.00 for the plumber that they dispatched to run the camera down the sewer line to be told there was no blockage so no need to repair even though the camera showed a crack and section missing. There is no warranty on the sewer line!!! Just a unclog your drain service and a lot of fine print to deceive you into thinking you are covered for all possible scenarios. Total misleading of consumers!!!
