Tomas seemed intent on not giving a proper diagnosis. As he was leaving, he informed my son and me that he would be requesting a second opinion. This was on 10/16/24. I still have not heard from Home Serve regarding a second opinion.

The plumber has different info on what needed repair. Once I assured him what I reported to serve pro was different he got permission to do the job I needed. He was a hard worker who kept at it until he got the desired results. I commend him.
