Your plumber was not able to resolve the problem. He would NOT snake the clean out by the front door. He also claimed the problem was definitely on the city side. We had our regular plumber come the next day and he cleared the line. This cost us $262.50. We also had the city come out and inspect their lines. They were all clear. We need to have this issue resolved.

We all know what is wrong, yet the only thing that’s happening is putting a temporary bandaid on the issue, instead of fixing the problem!!! We need a section of drain pipe REPLACED instead of the guys snaking the pipes every few weeks or so! And leaving the drainage pipe unfixed with a big hole in it and tree roots continue to grow freely through the hole. Please Please Please, will someone please fix the broken pipes? 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

No one seems to really care to fix my issue. At this point, I am going to have to check into a hotel just to take a shower.

Had a sewer backup about a week ago. Serviceman was here promptly and had the matter taken care of in a short time. Service Line Warrenty was the best i nvestment we ever made!

They came out and got my hot water going, but l won't use them again. They weren't very friendly. I put in a request to wear masks and they did not have on masks. If l need service again, l'll request another company.

Had to call three times before an assigned plumbing company called.Once company (2nd gen plumbing) came, they were prompt, professional and corrected the issue.

I called Service line Warranties on the Friday before the Labor Day Weekend to report a suspected water line leak and stated that it was a slow leak at present (slowly bubbling up out of the ground). They said they would have a service man out on Monday morning (Labor Day) and I received repeated text messages on the status. The service man arrived early on Monday as promised, and was able to locate and verify the water main leak, repaired it with new fittings, and filled in the hole - all within 2 hours. There was no charge for anything. Needless to say, I was, and am, very pleased with the service. This is the way all insurance claims should be. Thank you!

Wow! HomeServe's response time was incredible. This was our first time needing their service, and we're so glad we had the warranty. Everyone we talked to was friendly and professional. I called early in the morning, and the problem was fixed by the afternoon. Highly recommend HomeServe!
