Second referral was great! Came out and fixed it right away.The first referral wanted to set up an appointment 5 days out, not possible when there was a continuous leak as described during initial call.

We had a leak at the meter, called first thing in the morning they contacted a local plumber that was at my house a few hours later.

We were happy with the original response and quick call back to schedule service. We were given a window of 1:00 to 5:00 and promised a call 20 minutes prior. Never heard a word until 5:20 after repeated attempts to follow up. A simple call would have gone a long way.
