One of toilets started backing up, and we didn't know why. It also affected the adjacent bathroom toilet on the othe side of the wall. I called Homeserve on a Friday, expecting that no one would come out until Monday. They were able to dispatch someone out first thing Saturday morning. They checked my sewer line and found wipes in the pipe, cleaned it out and double checked BOTH toilets to make sure everything was functioning properly. Thank you for your immediate attention and prompt response.

Love homeserve. Super easy to call and set up appointments to fix plumbing issues. Usually within 48 hours. If it isn't fixed they come back out until it is and I love that.

It took 7 weeks for them to figure out if I was covered or not. Spoke with several supervisors and receive the same story we’re sorry. Even though my tenants suffered from this delay they showed little compassion and made no effort to correct their mistake. I called during that time frame nearly 15-20 times and was told we’re waiting on the company to provide an estimate. This went on for weeks and my plumbing problem got worse and now I’m dealing with it on my own.
