The company that came used a high pressure water machine.I was told I have roots in the pipe.They were not able to remove them.I think a non pressure roto-rooter may have better luck removing some or all the roots.Will see if the cleaning that was done helped next time I do laundry,for backup.

HomeServe took all the responsibility of finding a plumber quickly and the job was completed efficiently. I am very pleased with the results!

Customer service was ok. Getting the work done was a nighmare. After 1 yr of trying we finally are finished this was after 5 company's no showed.

It was extremely easy and fairly hassle free to schedule the appointment as well as working with Air Assurance (the company performing the repairs).The only issues I had were having to wait overnight before they initially arrived, as well having to wait an additional day because Air Assurance didn't have the necessary tools the first day and apparently couldn't return until the following day, all while we had almost completely blocked sewer lines.

I had water bubbling up near my sidewalk. I called HomeServe on a Saturday, just before closing time. The person I spoke with told me they would get in touch with one of the contractors, and I received a call within 10 minutes from the contractor with a tentative appointment two days away. I called the following morning (Sunday) to see if they had anyone who could come sooner. The contractor called back and advised they found a plumber who would be out to repair the leak and would call when they arrived. The leak was fixed in a matter of hours in the summer heat, and they repaired the line, which meant digging to find the leak. I am grateful to have had the service through HomeServe. It was our first time using their service, and it was a great experience.
