Friendly customer service, quick response, good communication, and great service by the contractor sent to deal with my issue (sewer line backup).

Job is not done. While we currently have use of services. It has been confirmed by your contractor that there is a permanent back-up of water in the pipe. Prior to the contractor coming out, sewage has been seeping into the ground at times through an opening in the top of the concrete pipe about 5 feet out from the house.(evidence of this was moisture in the soil when all else was dry around said spot when the primitive clean out was uncovered. 6 inch Concrete pipe was mostly full of sewage water. This primitive clean out , covered with a piece of stone was discovered by owner when digging (with a garden spade) in order to locate a clean out AND evaluate the condition of the branch line that comes between house and said “clean-out”. The contractor after using a unprofessional tone, snaked and then hydro-jetted the next day. The snaking did not reveal or clear any clog. The hydro-jetting did not make a noticeable difference as water still standing in the pipe and said pipe clearly mostly full of water. The water is backing up into the cast iron main sewer drain that comes out from under the house. Owner’s conclusion: There is a permanent blockage and leakage of the exterior sewer main which should qualify for warranty repair.
