The contractor was professional. Unfortunately, he was prevented from running a camera into sewer line, because the clog was no longer present. We spoke to the SLW representative, and I made clear that our line has been previously viewed bv SLW and is in danger of being failing due to the old tree roots.Hopefully, SLW will fix the actual problem next time

Upon first contact, the contractor said they would be to the house at first morning. I was going to need to leave for work at the hospital so they arrived promptly. After checking water meters and inside points, they began work on the project. When I returned home, their job was completed and the crew was gone.I’m assuming the leak situation was corrected since they were gone. Prompt service always appreciated.

I called because my sewer line had been backing up and another plumber told me I needed a new sewer line for a LOT of money. A contractor came out the next day and he was great - explained everything that was happening and answered all of my questions.
