We had an emergency repair of a leaking toilet. Home Serve was very attentive and thorough and had a plumber out the same day. We are very satisfied customers.

Company Plummer arrived on time. I explained we were experiencing low water pressure. He turned on outdoor water pressure valve and said it needed to be adjusted with a wrench to let more water from main city water pipes into our home. He slowly proceeded to open outdoor valve to allow an adequate amount of water to flow out of outdoor faucet. Asked me to turn on 2 separate indoor water faucets to check if both had equals amounts of water coming out, and they did.It was a simple repair and we’re glad we let the pros do it because he was knowledgeable! He explained in detail that on occasion these outdoor water pressure valves may need to be adjusted and if needed replaced. Ours was an adjustment.

You decided to not cover a water leak under my house

From what I am told the problem wasn’t fixed and I did not hear from anyone about what the problem was

You do not have contracted providers in my city anymore--which is the capitol city of 90,000 with many competent plumbers. We had to go 3 days with no toilet and sewage spilling out in front of the house, just a few weeks after the plumbers "fixed" the problem. I was never able to talk to anyone in customer service with the power to do anything except "email the next level up." We have an ongoing pipe/tree root issue that requires more than cleaning out the pipes, but Service Line Warranties for years had just had them keep coming and cleaning the pipe. Now you can't even provide promt service for that. Very unhappy.

Although it took 2 service calls from the same Co. Both techs were very friendly,
