The agent on the phone was extremely rude. I pay for service monthly and when I have a blockage of tree roots in the sewer line she won’t approve the plumber to do a scope “till it is blocked completely or broken”…. So you want to wait till it breaks and destroys more property instead of fixing just the 2 foot section it’s currently sludging? You’d rather my toilets overflow and damage the flooring in my home and the plumbing in the home FIRST before fixing the small section under the grass outside?? Make it make sense.

The whole experience this go around was great and I appreciate your help and their help as well. He checked the line for clogged pipes and water leaks. Then we discussed try changing out the wax ring to see if was damaged. So I will check those this weekend and hopefully it will resolve the problem , and if not they might need to do a smoke test on the pipes. Thank you for your help.

They were professional, had my information in their database. Quickly took me thru the process, and answered all my questions. They explained what to expect and the process. Before I could get off the phone with them, the plumber was texting me about scheduling an appointment. The next day plumber was polite, prompt, fixed the busted main water line to our house, cleaned up after themselves, and then explained what they did. This was the best experience with an insurance company that made it painless and for a very affordable insurance rate per year. HIghly recommend the policy and service.
