The past weekend was disastrous. Late Saturday night once the lines became blocked and everything begin to back up I felt extremely overwhelmed. We didn’t get any sleep that night, but first thing Sunday morning I phone service line warranty, and received a quick response. thank you very much for all your help

The basement had sewage coming up and needed immediate attention. Previously Hartmen Company was a 'no show'. Your company wanted to schedule them again. I refused to have them at my house. I don't work with companies that are 'no show' after confirming appointments. A new appointment was made with 2nd Gen plumbing but your system immediately cancelled it. After another call, Atless plumbing was scheduled but immediately cancelled by your system. This was finally straightened out and 2nd Gen did a good job. This required multiple calls from me to your company for a simple schedule. Hope it works next time I need to use your company.

My drain was cleared and was told I have clay pipes. Roots are growing thru the pipe. I was told the pipe needed to be replaced with new pipe that won't do that. I asked several times if it had been approved 😕 no answer as of yet .

This was great service and well worth the cost. I contacted HomeServe and within 30 minutes the Plumber contacted me to setup a time to come take a look at what the issue was. The plumber showed up on time and realized what the issue was. Explained to me what needs to happen, and he contacted HomeServe and he came back in within 10 minutes and resolved the issue. So great service provided and well worth the cost of the service.
