While going out to get my mail, I could hear a sound of water running coming from the water meter which is in my front yard beneath a lid. I opened the lid and could see a lot of water gushing from somewhere around the meter with no way to shut it off. I called the Serviceline Warranties number to report it. In less than an hour I received a call from a plumber who told me he was on his way. He arrived about 15 minutes later. He discovered a pinhole in a pipe connected to the meter. He replaced a 3 foot section of the pipe and took care of the problem with no cost to me. It would have been a $400 repair if I didn't have your coverage. Thanks so much!
