Contacting HomeServe to file a claim was easy and efficient. I talked with an employee who was courteous and kept me informed. The plumber arrived within a reasonable time and successfully fixed the leak. Having the HomeSave policy saved me having the stress of finding a plumber quickly and having to pay the bill.

The service was phenomenal. From the time I called and the time the repair was completed it was within 24 plumbing was a company that came out and did the repair and they did excellent work. Very satisfied.
