Travis arrived on time; he was efficient and kept us in the loop. When there was an issue with the seal, Travis reached out for a second opinion. In the end, the problem was resolved and we have a clean-smelling bathroom again.

SLWA got 5 star for the quick response but the dispatch who came out to the house to inspect didn't give me the right advice to solve the problem which it needed to be replaced(overflow seal). He said it was fine to leave it when it was falling apart. This is the only reason I give it a 3 star.

The service guy was great. The person who took the call and the scheduling seemed confused. Had to follow up on details a couple times to get things right. Maybe it was your automated service response that caused the confusion too

I wanted a second opinion on our issue. I had already had another contractor out to look at the leak and they had marked where they though the leak was coming from. The plumber who came out through HomeServe did nothing. Just said they could dig where the previous contractor marked. That's not what I wanted. Plus, the plumber had never even heard of the issue were having before.
