I called HomeServe once I found my sewer backup in the basement. They had a contractor (Carlong Plumbing Solutions) over that day, they did an excellent job in unclogging of the tree roots in my main sewer line.

They repaired the leak quickly

Destin was very professional. He was timely and very professional. He resolved the issue very promptly.

It happened last nite around 11:30 pm. I called a little after 6 am and spoke with a wonderful gal who said she would put me in touch with Kjett. I received a text, re: the time and if it was doable which I quickly responded to, and within a short time frame locked in a time with one of the service providers. It is such an unpleasant event but SLWA always takes the stress away by being there for us, and doing such a great job. The young man that came here was so knowledgeable and schooled us on different issues I was unaware of. Thanks to all of you!

After making a call to Service Line Warrenties a technician was dispatched my home within 24 hours. He then located and repaired my underground water leak. The customer service rep that took my initial call asked the right questions and seemed genuinely concerned about my issues. The technician on-sight was knowledgeable, fast and professional making sure to clean up after the job was done. I highly recommend SLW!
