Techs that came out were professional and very knowledgeable. They were able to get issue fixed quickly

We had water leak and the automated system set up appointment for 2 days in future. We called and spoke to service line representative and they were able to get someone same day. Adam from AR plumbing came out. He communicated well and got us up and running quickly. Very pleased with Adam and AR plumbing.

I had a pinhole leak in the main water line to my home. Contacted Home Serve & an appt was scheduled for next day. The technician was fast, friendly & handled our issue to our satisfaction

We had drains backing up. When we called to book an emergency snake, we were told service would be “same day.” Hours passed, sewage was rising so we called a plumber on our own and had to pay $275 for emergency snaking. They came within 90 minutes. Hours later, still nothing from SLWOA. So I call to seek reimbursement of our own emergency call and am told not doable. Ok. So I put our request on hold and days later get a text from a plumber saying we are on the schedule for July 4! Our emergency call was on June 29! The basement and possessions would long be destroyed by then! How is that emergency service? Very very surprised by service and disappointed.

Initial call was easy and agent quickly setup my claim.Service technician arrived as scheduled and quickly got to work.Problem was fixed within 24 hrs of initial call.When I went out to check on progress he showed me what had caused the problem and what he was doing to fix it.Overall excellent experience.Only way it could have been better is if he showed up before I realized I had a leak :)

The contractors were very professional. Their job was done neatly and in a timely manner.

We never heard the roto rooter machine running so we don't know if the sewer line was cleaned out. He said he found a "few" roots but he didn't show them to us. He recommended that we have the venting inspected which would be an extra cost. He said he would see if it was covered under Service Line Warranties, but he never got back to us.

Service was fast and efficient. I really appreciated the technician. I highly recommend this company
