He didn't seem to be very familiar with his job. He kept calling his boss. He was pleasant but unsure of some questions we asked. As he was leaving, we asked him to give us the number of American Leak Detection. The number he gave us was with another plumber.

The contractors did a good job.However, Service Line Warranties kept me hanging for two days trying to find a contractor to fix my line. I was waiting around, wondering what was happening. You guys only responded after I called back after two days and asked what was going on.
