The contractor arrived when they said they would and completed service in about 30 minutes. Very happy with the outcome.

I reported an issue with a leak on Sunday afternoon. I had a contractor assigned immediately. They reached out early Monday morning and came to fix the issue before 9am. The technician was wonderful and extremely efficient. My issue was resolved in less than 24 hours and I am so happy

This provider had been here 2 months prior and had repaired pipe approximately 12 inches away from current leak. When asked why he didn't do more extensive repair when he deemed the pipe in poor condition he became defensive and evasive, it appeared he was trying to block my view of previous repair. When pressed he indicated it was policy to only repair the leak and nothing else. He suggested I get the line replaced. When asked about what that would cost said he couldn't give me an answer until this claim was completed but to give them a call then for someone to come and give me an estimate. Question if only doing minimum repairs to encourage more work in future for company.

While the problem was ultimately fixed to our satisfaction by Josh with Arizona Pro Plumbing, the matter did require a second call because the first contractor was not acceptable. Deer Valley Plumbing was not willing to treat the matter as “critical” because of the hour long transport to get to the site. We had to ask for a contractor who served the east greater Phoenix area.

Still not fixed, want my money back for since that can't fix it for all the time I had this supposedly warranty

I think his name was John, he was prompt, kind, and very quick to identify the problem. He fixed it in about 5 seconds and I am not exaggerating! Thank you very much for sending him.

The main guy was great. I felt very uncomfortable with Chauncey who wasn’t doing much of anything. Also while in my back yard he was just standing on the edge of my patio and looking at everything on my patio. Made me very uncomfortable.
