My issue was resolved, and I’m grateful for HomeServe’s coverage.One thing that could have improved: I followed the HomeServe prompt in my text messages to select a preferred timeframe. The service provider called me four hours prior to the start time to see if I was home and they could come in a few minutes. When I said I had been told they were not available until later, so I had not made arrangements for anyone to be home yet, she said they did not commit to timeframes that way. They ended up coming later on, but the timeframe confirmation I received from HomeServe was evidently not correct.

It was very efficient, and the plumbing problem was resolved in one day.
