I had the exterior sewer line camera-ed. They found root intrusion through a HOLE in the side of the main sewer line. When I called to have you do the repair, coverage is denied. Why? Because I don't have sewage all over my house or yard. Yet it is a sewer line replacement or repair. I'm so grateful that we know about this and can fix it before we do have sewage all over our house. I'm furious that the insurance I thought I had won't pay for the repair. Service Line Warranty is a ripoff and a fraud. I posted my experience to my neighborhood FB page and all my friends. They are all quitting your "service" and not wasting their money. I canceled my policy.
