The main guy was great. I felt very uncomfortable with Chauncey who wasn’t doing much of anything. Also while in my back yard he was just standing on the edge of my patio and looking at everything on my patio. Made me very uncomfortable.

The text was awesome, he went right to the problem resolved it, and he was so very nice and humorous loved him, thanks guys for coming to our rescue

Got a call back from contractor right away, response time was fast, technician was knowledgeable and worked fast to get plumbing going again.

The rep that took my call was awesome,The contractor wasn’t available until after 1 week and I explain that I have my 84 yr old mom here and couldn’t wait 1 week. She talked to the contractor B & G HVAC and they came immediately the same day and took care of the problem! They were awesome! And very professional and got the job done! Thank you!

Overall, service was prompt, and the technician was knowledgeable. My issue was resolved, and I’m grateful for HomeServe’s coverage.One thing that could have improved: I followed the HomeServe prompt in my text messages to select a preferred timeframe. The service provider called me four hours prior to the start time to see if I was home and they could come in a few minutes. When I said I had been told they were not available until later, so I had not made arrangements for anyone to be home yet, she said they did not commit to timeframes that way. They ended up coming later on, but the timeframe confirmation I received from HomeServe was evidently not correct.

It was very efficient, and the plumbing problem was resolved in one day.
