I had a water leak under my house, I called home serve the minute the water department contacted me. I had a check at my house within an hour and was completely repaired and up and running within an hour of him showing up. Very courteous knowledgeable I just can't say enough good about my experience.... Thank you

Service tech cleared the blockage but failed to put down a tarp to protect our new carpet in the basement. Left a mess. Told me he would clean it up then left after tellling me he’d be right back in to discuss. Very unprofessional move.

I had main sewer line backup waste in basement-but didn’t discover it until 8:30 in evening. I didn’t remember I had to call you, so contacted local plumber who could come right out! Next day I called you, your contractor came out next day but said couldn’t do anything cause another contractor had already opened sewer line. Please cancel my policy and refund unused portion. Do not renew! Ken Grist

I am happy with the company that came but not with Home Serve, the other name, the service provided offshore, and the need for an advanced improved policy even if you charge more monthly.I do not like the run around at home base with poorly qualified people who were inept at providing info. So I am looking to see if a company has complete water pipe coverage. But I found that this company has the best techs and plumbers one could ask for.five stars for them. Lets improve home serve please.
