The first company that was called out did come out. After looking at the problem, the man decided that he would need more help. His company called in to you , but was declined for the extra cost . A second company was called out and the man said that he could clear the pipe with no problem. the pipe was cleared very rapidly. It was slow discovered that there may be a broken pipe in another area. It will be addressed seperatly.

The plumber was very good but he wasn't able to help at all because Service Line refused to look at the big picture and would only, in medical terms, put a band aid on a gaping, bleeding, soon to cause more harm, wound. I'm very upset that we've paid premiums for decades for this.

The tech called my telephone, but I was in school and missed his call. Initially, he was instructed to call my husband's telephone number before arriving for the appt. Therefore, my husband spent quite some time tracking him down because my husband had scheduled to take the off work to be home when the tech arrived. However, they finally connected. To date, we have not had any unusual incidents with our plumbing. Thank you.
