Zack was our repair man the day we had our appointment. He was extremely helpful, very polite and nice to work with. I called my repair in on a Saturday, he came out 45 minutes later! Thank you. No leaks were detected and the meter at the street indicates the same. So, at this time, we will monitor for any recurrence or recommend to the City of Anna to replace the meter if deemed to be malfunctioning.If the issue presents itself again, I will contact Service Line.

i waited 4 days for a contractor. I advised SLW numerous times I needed two people and someone to go through the vent on the roof. They came today and say they were not told this information. So still out.
