Initial leak and sewer line backup reported 1/30. Today is 2/16 - third plumber due tomorrow. Nothing has been done in way of attempting to repair either yet.

The actual work was excellent. There was a problem and some confusion, as the backup occurred on a Saturday. Initially, I was advised that the service could not be done until Monday. I received the an email confirm from the service provider, that only offered week day choices. Service provider contact, was “we are closed”. Called back to you, and agent made effort to find Sunday service. Was unsuccessful Later that day, received email from service provider showing Sunday service. That service did occur. So at the end of the day, I was happy. However, it was unclear what was going to happen.
