Sewer line backed up so I called it in. Long story short, a couple hours later 2 very polite and friendly guys showed up and handled the emergency. They even cleaned up the mess in the house. Didn't cost me a dime and not even any paperwork. Very good service.

Could have had your representative on the phone tell me that my sump pump underground sewer line from my house to the town sewer main wasn't covered. Would have saved me time and the poor plumber who came out time!!!!
