The technician was very pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, while he was cleaning out the sewer line, the toilet in my front bathroom was cracked and broken at the floor. He had to purchase and install a new toilet for me. The new toilet seems fine, but they no longer make the beige/cocoa color that my sink, tub, and toilet were—so I have a white and non-matching toilet. I am okay with this as long as it works well. Also, I did not get any paperwork from the tech which I like to have for my records. Can you please have the company send me something. Email is fine.
