Customer service was very good. They sent a plumber very quickly who was very friendly and efficient.

Most of my issues are not with the plumbing contractor as the service performed was good. The actual technician that performed the work was just a little short tempered, if not even a bit rude. He asked me to go inside and flush a toilet. Unfortunately, I was not aware that my mother was also using the other restroom. After I did the flush as requested by the technician, my mother followed up with another flush. The technician was curt with me and told me to listen more carefully and only flush the toilet once as he asked me to. The manner in which he asked me to do a single flush again was slightly demeaning. He may be working for you and not for me, but I felt his attitude towards me was not proper. When he was setting his machine in place, he asked me to move as I was in his way. He definitely could have been more polite in his request. I was not being disrespectful by any means and expected the same level of respect.The bulk of my issue is with Home Serve. I have a 90-year-old mother living with me and when the sewer backed up, I had to wait just shy of two days to have the sewer cleared. I was able to go to the gas station to use the restroom, but my mother was greatly inconvenienced. In a situation like this, someone should have come out and performed a same day service.

The contracted company responded promptly and was able to complete the service within a few hours. I recommend Ripp Sewer and Drain Cleaning company wholeheartedly.

The plumbers were great. Showed up on time and knew immediately what the issue was. They fixed the leak and cleaned up after themselves. Whole process took 15 to 20 minutes. I highly Recommend. Thank you.

Prompt and excellent service. I called on a Friday, a plumber was out to assess on Saturday, and on Monday the replacement pressure regulator was replaced free of charge with only the only paperwork signing off on the completed job.
