The warranty is solid and worth every penny. I wish that your company offered other coverage from service line warranties of America in the Kansas it’s metro area.

I have an emergency sewer issue right now and no one seems to be able to help me. My first call was good and informative, the 2nd referenced an electrical issue (nothing to do with my issue) and lastly, they were going to email the contractor to contact me. The contractor was here yesterday and said my insurance company would contact me. How will I get this resolved if no one would tell me what can/will be done. This issue is hazardous to me.

Elisa stayed on top of our service call and she was fantastic. Elisa exceeded our expectations in handling our call.
