Very knowlegeable and able to analyze the issue. I was very pleased with the service provided.

The contracted plumber was not able to fix the backed up sewer issue I have been having as we did not have a back up at the time they were able to be at my house. Prior to them arriving we had multiple sewer back ups days leading up to them coming out. They said that there has to be an active problem at the time they arrive in order to do any work.

I had a great experience all around. The customer service rep, I'm sorry as I forgot his name was wonderful in answering all my questions. I hot same day service from the plumber who was dispatched to my home, and completed the job while I was at work. The plumbing company that was dispatched was Presidio Plumbing in Tucson. The owner or manager (?) Bobby was great, and again, so was plumber who came out.
