The assigned plumbers were professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient.

I was told by the gentleman who was to make my appointment that he would call back after talking with his supervisor. I never heard back.

Fast and courteous service. Our leak was fixed in less than an hour and the technician left a clean work site.

I called the service number and explained what was going on at our house, and with our plumbing. I was redirected twice to the “cancellation,” department and asked why I wanted to cancel. I explained each time that I did not want to cancel. Once directed to the correct department, the rep suggested I ask that a plumber come out immediately to address the root/puncture in our dirty water line. The company contracted did not come out until the following day. When the plumber arrived he did not have any information. He was unaware that we already callled a plumber out to auger the line and clear out our clog. When we explained this his reply was, “so you don’t have a problem? I have to call the warranty company.” He left after explaining his work to my 13 year old son and not my wife, who was at the house. I was messaged by the company and told the scope of work completed after I left a negative review of my experience.

The interaction with Homeserve was very good and the response time was adequate. I just would have like to have the actual repair done quicker to stop the loss of water and the cost from going too high.Presido Plumbing did fix the leak BUT they left a MESS. THE Technician did NOT leave the site cleaned up. If an agency is going to do a repair THEY NEED TO LEAVE IT AS CLEAN AS THEY FOUND IT!!! Presido Plumbing did the same thing a few years ago at another location I had. TERRIBLE.
