The plumber came out &unclogged our main line blockage, temporarily.There is no clean out to the main line, so he ran a snake from the air gap, on top of the roof to the main line to clear it.I only wish we could get the main line problem resolved by having the pipe replaced, since it happens periodically, when weeds get in to it somehow.This would mean less calls for plumbers to clear out the problem & much less problems for us, having toilets back up & showers. Thank you for clearing the line, for now. By the way, the plumber, from Belsito Plumbing, was great. He came out on a Sunday, listened to what l told him, went on the roof, put his line down the air gap line & within 20 minutes, he was here & gone. That's Amazing. Unfortunately, l didn't even have time, to get his name. I commend him, for his professionalism.

The service was fast and efficient. The service technician actually arrived earlier than expected which worked out great. He also gave a recommendation to prevent the same issue from reoccurring.
