Outstanding job

Very prompt response. Problem appears to have been taken care of adequately. We were not home when plumber was at our house.Only complaint, dirt was left helter-skelter, not raked or smoothed over.Will I receive a copy of the invoice to tell me what the problem was and what was done to fix it?

Not very happy that the tech did not snake the drain because he did not see standing water. We know when the toilets start to "gurgle" the drain is about to clog. I hope you will cover any damage to items in the basement.
