Gentleman that came to fix our leak was very nice and just a pleasant person

Reached out Sunday morning for backup in basement. We had to call you several times and kept getting run around that a plumber was coming but never heard back and no one ever showed up until Monday.

The serviceman was very helpful and patient. He made sure that the problem was solved before he left.

Your representative was extremely professional and helpful. She understood what I needed and took immediate steps to contact a plumber in the city that I reside in. This is the 2nd time I've had to use Service Lines Warranties. Both time were amazing!
