The Plumbing Company Individual arrived and did a thorough review of the previous work completed in the basement. The work was done correctly, and he explained what I needed to do going forward. I then had him look at the first-floor bathroom sink and he immediately recognized there was a problem with the P pipe. He replaced the pipe. Very professional.

Although the leak I called for didn’t cover on my policy. The online service to file a claim was simple and the response time was very quick. The appointment to setup for contractors to come out and inspect the issue was exceptional.

I think there’s miscommunication the person came to do the same work what has been done the previous day

From the time I called, my preferred plumber arrived within an hour. I know things don’t always work out this well, but I really needed it to this time and appreciate the work on your end to get it done.
