I was absolutely astounded when HomeServe offered a same day appointment. I ended up scheduling for the next day so I could have someone at the house to let them in. Tech arrived early, again thumbs-up, and resolved the clogged toilet. Now for the not so good part - the tech scratched the porcelain in the toilet. At first it looked like the entire bottom of the toilet had been scratched so bad it was now black. When I discussed with the tech he said, "Well that happens sometimes, not my fault." Ultimately I figured out that there were only very minor scratches and the black at the bottom was rubber from the snake that had rubbed on the bottom. I called customer serves and they were fantastic. All in all I would highly recommend but can't give 5 stars due to the tech that was sent out.
