The only thing, it happened on weekend. It wasn’t until Monday morning that plumbers contacted me, We were living in house trying to dry it out from water line break. So I had to fix broken pipe. If I hadn’t fix it it would have been part of three days without water. That’s on the plumbing company, your service was great.

You have to go through too many prompts to speak to someone. The virtual assistant is annoying. Just answer the phone.

Great service, resolved problem, very courteous and answered all our questions.

Problem was not fixed. Told by plumber that fix was not authorized because of various reasons. Plumber did not bring a camera because his company only has one. Because he would have to come back the next day it was not authorized. I still have busted sewer lines and no fix.

We were exceedingly pleased with the service we received from HomeServe in dealing with our water line leak. We called HomeServe once we established that we truly had a leak. They were easy to get in touch with, sympathetic to our issue and set up an almost immediate appointment with a local plumber, Presidio Plumbing. Presidio contacted Seth at American Leak Detection to pinpoint the leak. Again, we worried about a delay costing us more water loss/cost, but again someone (Seth) was out to us very quickly. We were impressed how hard Seth & his co worker worked at pinpointing the leak. And he wound up being spot on! A section of our garage floor had to be dug up to reach the broken pipe, but Gabriel at Presidio took care of that quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend HomeServe, as well as their contractors.

This was such an easy and quick process.I made the call to the service line and a plumber was at my house in less than an hour.

The service person showed up as promised and unclogged our sewer line in a timely manner.
