HomeServe did a great job from start to finish. They contacted the service tech the same day and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Problem Solved!

Initially I was frustrated not being able to secure a set time for the same day from the first rep. More like someone will call me back sometime to secure an arrival day and time. My sewer was slightly backed up with a small pool of water and I didn't know how much worse that could get. I finally got another rep that helped find someone to come the say day. Upon arrival, the guy that got the blockage out, I felt was efficient and nice. I gave the 5 stars because of HIS ability to unblock and also answer my concerns. The 5 stars also went towards the second lady I spoke with that heard my concerns and was able to make a promise to me that a particular company would respond to the sewer blockage. I guess your process was frustrating for me. I am happy though that your service exists so I can get my needs met that way rather than my having to call around myself!
