Called and service was scheduled on the same day. Solid Plumbing showed up and fixed the problem. Very professional and courteous. Two-Thumbs up!

The work was done with an explanation as to why the problem was created. Bryan did a great job. After my initial call (24hrs.)I had no contact until I emailed HomeServ again,then I had someone contact me for an appt.. Somewhere communication didt have a follow thru. Over all everything was taken care of. Thank you

I used a plumber I had used before because they do good work. The reason for 4 stars is that Home Serve wouldn't approve overtime for them to fix the leak on the weekend so I had to go without water for 3 days and it was very inconvenient. In the end it didn't take them all that long to repair the leak and I think it would have been good customer service to approve the work on Saturday.

Service was friendly and worked quickly and cleanly and explained what he was doing. Great job!

It was easy to schedule service and the plumber that came out were very friendly and did a great job. Getting the home serve warranties was the best thing I could have done.

Service line is always so easy to work with. Got an appointment super fast. It's an easy bill to pay each month knowing the security it gives you.
