Excellent customer service exceeded my expectations.

Exceptional response time. The service provider has been here before and as usual they did excellent work.

When I called on Thursday, they linked me to a plumber who said they would be out on Monday. I had no use of the facilities and I was really saddened that I would have to go 3 days without a shower or toilet. I called back and asked for something sooner and the lady on the phone went down a list to try to find someone. She was finally able to get a hold of someone to come out the same day. Thank you.

My sewer issue was on a Saturday morning. The lady that answered the phone could barely speak English and she promptly told me it could be Monday before someone contacted me. I told her my issue was right now and she sounded like a robot when she repeated it could be Monday before someone could call me back. She was not human, but someone called me and problem was fixed in 2-3 hours. Did not like how she spoke to me!

Our drain stopped working on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, we were informed that a contractor would contact us that day to come out. This never occurred. No one called and no one came out. I made a number of calls to Service Line. The staff worked hard to find another contractor to no avail. Finally, I was told that we would not have anyone come out to Monday. This did occur Monday morning and the contractor crew was excellent and cleared the stoppage. It would have been easier if we were simply told that there was no contractor available and to deal with it. During the weekend, we had to go to a commercial building to use the restroom. If no service was available , it should be explained to the homeowner up front.
