After my initial call to Homeserve, I was contacted within 5 mins by a plumber. We set a date for 2 days later. The technician that showed up was professional, curteous & knowledgeable. The work was completed and I'm a happy customer.

I called on a Monday and nothing was done . On Wednesday i called again and this time i got a call from roto router and they came and fixed my situation. The first call i made was answered by a computer . The next call i got to talk to a human and she got things going quickly.

It was great. Explained everything showed me where issue was happening and why. Fixed everything, neat and took away old pipes and fixtures.
