Amazing quick response. I had a notice I had an appt for the plumber to.come to my house with in 30 min of calling homeserve. The plumbers that came resolved the issue quickly!

I had a difficult schedule but really needed somebody to come out. B & L promised me the next morning service but actually ended up getting someone by the day I called. Very much appreciated.

The first contractor that was referred, Silverado Plumbing was terrible and never scheduled a visit and never called us back. I highly recommend that Home serve remove them very quickly from your list of contractors. We waited two days with backed up plumbing (couldn’t use the shower, washing machine, or dishwasher) and the toilets were overflowing and flooding both bathrooms. It was a terrible experience. I even called Silverado Plumbing directly and spoke with Enrique about the service request and he told me he’d look at his schedule and call me back with an appointment time. He never did. I read other online reviews of Silverado Plumbing and others have had a similar experience. Removing them from your program seems to be an appropriate solution to save your customers the agony.After waiting two days with no scheduled appointment, I called Homeserve back and got quickly in touch with a new plumbing contractor, Cal Best Plumbing, who came the next day and did a great job! They communicated well with me and the technician did a great job clearing my plumbing blockage and getting my household functioning again!Overall communication with Homeserve about the claim was pleasant and positive. The staff on the phone were kind and helpful.

Getting the appointment and talking to the dispatch was great. However it went down-hill from there. The technician didn't seem like he really wanted to work and labeled the second bathroom that is part of my house as a cottage. My house was built in 1956, sometime after the builder added another room and bathroom. How he connected the plumbing is not my issue. I pay for my sewer system to be covered, this fraud or incorrect information denied me getting service.

Great service! Takes awhile to get thru all the recordings, a little annoying. Need faster service to talk to actual human rep. But once I got to person it was fast. Plumbers called me to set up appt & came out in 1 hour. Very satisfied with your insurance & the plumbing company. Pls shorten process to get thru all the recordings. Your insurance has really saved us a lot of money. Thank you!
