HIS AND HERS PLUMBLING SERVICES CAME HERE,,LOOKED UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK-SAID HE FOUND A LEAK,SAID HE FIX IT ,BUT WAS MORE INTERESTED IN TELLING ME THAT I HAD A DRAINAGE PROBLEM .HE RECOMMENDED THAT I NEEDED SERCLEANTO COME AND EVALUATE THE PROBLEM,TOLD ME THAT HE THOUGHT THAT I HAD A MOLE PROBLEM AND WATER WAS UNDER THE SINK. HE CALLED SERCLEAN HIMSELF,A MAN NAMED TRAVIS BROWN WHOM HE WAS VERY FAMILIAR WITH-LIKE A FRIEND OR SOMETHING. ANYWAY NOW I HAVE MORE PROBEM THAN I CAN SHAKE A STICK AT. NEVER SEND THIS PLUMBER TO ME AGAIN.

Mr Emery& Mr Andres were very professional I was comfortable allowing them into my home. They listen to me and they were very patient and so sweet. They were very Fast They cleaned up their mess. They knew exactly what they were doing. I appreciate the professionalism that these gentlemen show to my family and myself.

This never happens. I called in the leak in my front yard from my water supply line first thing after dropping my kids at school, submitted the service call, received a call from the assigned plumbers, they let me know there was immediate availability and the service tech would call when he was on his way. He did, arrived, left to get parts after excavating and the job was finished just after 12 noon in time for me to get to work. Now I'm not saying to expect this service, as I said this never happens, but it did this time and wow, A+++ and job well done. The Tech was Jason Feick from Moon Valley Plumbing. Thank you for your hard and expeditious work. I'd recommend Moon Valley Plumbing and Service Line Warranties to anyone and everyone. Finally a warranty that does what it says it will and does it's best to get the service done quickly. Thanks again. And this was my second leak.
