They got someone to us right away & the contractor did a great job, we just received a very rude voice message from someone from HomeServe claiming that she should have known that a specific service that the guy offered to do as a courtesy was not covered & that we had been told that at a previous call. We were not told this at a previous call AND the guy offered to do the service (toilet flapper replacement) as a courtesy, he offered we didn't ask him to even look at it. It was a very confusing voice mail & we were worried that we were being charged or something.

Timely communication from home serve & timely communication from the company providing the service. All around satisfied and would use again.

The serviceman came our home and after explaining the problem to him he checked several areas that he thought the problem could have started from. It apparently did not involve the water line covered by the warranty and he was still not sure exactly where the problem originated from. He checked the water pump and thinks the problem probably originated there and since the water on the ground in the garage had already drained somewhere, and has not returned since, he left and I hope the problem is solved. He was very efficient and courteous and if we have another plumbing problem we will most likely call K Jett Services for help based on this experience.

The Tech checked both the pipe into the house, and the one going to the City sewer - where the blockage was apparently located. He even checked the clean out at the sidewalk, where my line goes into the City sewer. No problem! Good work, in the freezing cold!

My appointment was moved forward to one more day, than the time to an hour later. Over all the gentlemen were friendly, professionals and accessed my issue.

We couldn’t be happier. Same day service and drain cleaning was performed by the same person the last time. Very pleased!

I called on a Tuesday night and received service the next morning by 11am!
