When I first called I had a very sweet lady helping me out & set up service right away. It was quick & easy. The plumbers were very quick to respond & was very polite, professional, & even cleaned up before they left. I’m so thankful I have Service Line Warranties & I have recommended them to my family & friends.

It was a terribly cold day when my sewer line decided to back up. I was convinced I wouldn't see a plumber for days, as so many people were dealing with burst pipes. But, I received a call from the plumber within 90 minutes of my call and he was out there in the cold clearing the line before dark hit. I was so grateful and have been consistently pleased with the service I've received with this plan.

I called at 12:51 to report a sewer blockage, and was guided by the automated costumer service system to give details. Within five minutes of the call, I got a text from the local plumbing service. A plumber arrived at 1:29. He diagnosed the issue, and took the time to be sure every part of the line was clear. I couldn't believe it went so smoothly (after two days of other home repair disasters). This is an AMAZING service. I wish I could hug them.

The representative was very kind and professional. She relayed the information to one of their plumbers in my area and someone called within a few minutes to give a time window for service. The plumbers arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situation, got an authorization from Home Serve and went straight to work. Our main sewer line was blocked. They snaked the line thoroughly, cleared the blockage and was finished within 15-20 minutes. Very impressed!

They came and took out the bad pipe and they made the repair and everything is working fine. There was a lot of mud and I think it must have been hard working in it.
