Everyone was very helpful and it was bad luck for me that it happened on a Sunday, which delayed service to the next day. I did get panicking when I was told I was going to be contacted to get service only to find out that provider was booked out a couple days. So had to call back to SLW and find out the next step. The staff was able to set me up with another provider and it was cleared up early the next day. Great work!

When the plumber showed up he said he wouldn’t do the job because my neighborhood did not have clean outs installed in 1953 so I would have to pay for a clean out before they would clean the lines. I called another company and after my neighbor removed the toilet the other company Rooter Ranger Plumbing cleaned my lines. I ended up not using Service Line Or HomeServe a service I have paid for for years.
