plumber arrived on Monday afternoon about 12:45 pm. I explained the problem and showed him the location of the clean out and where he could plug in to get power for his equipment. he quickly set up and power rodded the main sewer line and after about ten or fifteen minutes he said he had cleared the blockage. He quickly gathered and loaded his tools into his truck at about 1:15 pm. I had made him aware of the standing water in the kitchen sink earlier so I now informed him that the sink had not drained. He presented me with his invoice to sign and told me that he would have to charge me $150.00 to clear the sink drain and more if he had to take anything apart. I questioned his reasoning and explained that the sink problem was related to the blocked drain since it all started at the same time. He told me the sink was inside the house and was not covered by the warranty even with the drain protruding thru the exterior wall at the sink location and outside to the patio area where it eventually taps into the 4 inch main line. I could have had the main line cleared by a number of local companies that advertise on TV to clear any drain for a flat fee of $59.00 This was a rip off to you and I by a Company that's over 30 miles from my home. I would suggest that you NEVER EVER use them again.

They listen to what I had to say when they got here and checked everything out for me round out I had a clog in the sewer line and I got it cleared out really quick very professional. Very helpful.

We were very happy with the response we had ref. Our sewer back up. It was Sunday but they called right away to check if we had a working toilet so he would know how quickly he needed to respond. We did wait until Monday morning, he came when he said he would be here and the problem was solved in a timely manner. would definitely use tht service again.

Plumber was decent. Scanned for leaks. None detected. . Disappointed he was not a licensed plumber and had only 2 years of experience and not the standard 6 years of apprenticeship. I would not have had him work on a leak repair had there been one.

Leak detection company that you sent out lied to my face about where the leak was. Tried to tell me it was a flapper valve on a toilet. Called a reputable plumbing company to come out and do a leak detection and the leak is on the opposite side of house I was told by the contractor you guys sent out and my toilet flapper valves are just fine. Leak is too small to pinpoint, but is more than likely the line running from the meter to the house which is what this warranty is supposed to cover. Will wait for leak to get larger and call back the reputable company for repair. Will be canceling this warrant ASAP. Waste of money.
