All I talk to are answering services there is no one at the main office to talk to. This has been going on for a week I am very frustrated. I have been paying for your services for years and when I need you you don’t care.

We had a problem with the plumber that was dispatched but the HomeServe team was on it. They didn’t stop until our sewer line issue was resolved. Billie even called the following day to apologize (for the second time) for the plumber’s behavior even though that had nothing to do with HomeServe. She wants all of her customers to feel heard and be happy they chose to do business with HomeServe. I did feel heard and I am very happy to do business with HomeServe!
