Always professional, timely and effective service

Work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Crew kept me informed on their work and progress. Courteous and well mannered. Only problem is that they left my fence gate open. Should be a No No. Albeit, a well satisfied customer.

The only complaint was communication. All phone calls should go to my cell phone. Instead, you called an old land line at Mom's house that isn't answered at all.

Jimmy snakes and plumbing came out and didn’t run my outside line at all. Came in side turned a machine in for a few seconds, two times and said I needed to replace my whole inside line. That I would need a structural engineer because it would have caused water damage to foundation etc. well I call for a second opinion and within 30 mins problem was fixed. He snaked the outside line and found tree roots.

We can become a little complacent when it comes to things we use every day. We take for granted that they’re just going to work. So when they don’t, our lives are thrown into chaos. Running water is one of those things we take for granted. Especially when it doesn’t drain. Not only is it disgusting, but it’s also a health hazard. It’s good to know that when this does happen, and it will sooner or later, Homeserve is there to help. Were you to call a plumber yourself, it would cost double. In less than an hour my drain was back up and flowing. No out of pocket cost to me. Thank you Homeserve. You do good work.

We called Home Serve and they called the plumbers - they came to fix our problem that day. Very satisfied with Home Serve.
