My concerns are with the person from Home serve that when I tired to explain to her that I didn't have use of a toilet she was steadily tell me how how long or possibly how many days...I find this totally unacceptable...especially considering that I had sewer back up which was very stressful...As a company when a customer is having this situation it is important to get them the help that they need even if you have to call another contractor.

When we made the call, the lady who answered was very courteous and professional. She has excellent people skills and was very prompt in getting us the help we needed. As soon as we concluded our call with her, the contractor contacted us. The appointment was set for the same day!!! The contractor was Solid Plumbing, from here in Lawton, Oklahoma. The Technicians were Reuben and Jake. We were very impressed with their skill and knowledge of the situation. They were very courteous, and explained what was going on. If we ever have plumbing issues again, we respectfully request that these two young men be assigned to our ticket from Solid Plumbing. We are very appreciative of the timely rectification of our plumbing issue. Those guys deserve accolades!!!

Excellent service

You guys did a great job in connecting me with K Jett Company. Contractor was polite and professional. He worked his butt off, but could not get the drain unclogged. He could only go out 15 feet and it stopped his machine. He did get the water to go down, but we still can't take showers or do laundry. I have my homeowners' adjustor coming out tomorrow to see what he can find out.
