Representatives were courteous,, professional and very helpful. We had plumbing/pipe issue and your company did not send a company with yelp ratings of 1 and 2. The company sent was great!! I was pleasantly surprised. Since signing up a year or so ago this was our first experience and we don’t have buyers remorse.

John was cordial respectful. I mentioned to him that other plumbers from Raymond Plumbing in the past years and they told me to mention to whom ever does the next snaking out always tell them it is 110 feet to the stree with 2/ 90 degree angles to the street. I was only relaying the message like the other plumbers told not trying to tell him how to do his job. After the fact he was hatting with my husband which my husband mentioned John went 75 feet found a bucket of roots . Tuesday the next day thought I would wash a load of clothes and the same issue of the floor drain backing up like the previous day. Very frustratin. Was not and still today we can't use the toilets, shower sinks or dishwasher for fear will will back up all the eay to our family room. Called again today to report the problem. Hopefully this time around we get good results. ice person but not sure of his skills. I know it could have happened to anyone to have to come back but this has been inconvenient for our household.
