You guys did a great job in connecting me with K Jett Company. Contractor was polite and professional. He worked his butt off, but could not get the drain unclogged. He could only go out 15 feet and it stopped his machine. He did get the water to go down, but we still can't take showers or do laundry. I have my homeowners' adjustor coming out tomorrow to see what he can find out.

Ripp Sewer & Cleaning was EXCELLENT! I'd highly recommend keeping them as a sub contractor, they make your company look very good.

The service technicians were very efficient but were not able to solve the problem. Had another plumber come on Monday and he corrected the malfunction in a little over a hour and 30 minutes.. ready
