We had a sewer backup with two floor drains overflowing. Contacting SLW was easy, they quickly processed the job and had a plumber out the next day who resolved the issue. Extremely satisfied.

You provided excellent service and were able to get service companies to come out on the weekend before a holiday. The person that came out on Saturday, however, was not able to correct the problem. He arranged for an appointment on Sunday and another repairman came out to try to resolve the problem. This person also was not able to resolve the problem and felt that the sewer line was going to have to be dug up. He arranged for another appointment on Monday. The workmen on Monday were at my house by 8:00 a.m and had the problem resolved in less than 1/2 hour with no digging.
