This company was chosen to respond to my plumbing issue by insurance. I could not be happier with the service I received. First, there was a live person to answer my call to schedule an appointment. Service was completed within the arrival window by a knowledgeable, informative, polite plumber. Problem solved.

Two men from Superior Plumbing? came right out, had right equipment, extracted large ball roots from pipe. Both were pleasant and did great job.

Service was within an hour of opening a claim. Thank you!Phone rep was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. However her microphone was rather garbled--a couple times I am asked to repeat, or just responded to misunderstood questions.All in all, a good experience.

The person on the phone first said I wasn't covered for a main drain backup. Once she realized I was, she called back and set up a person to come to my house. Nick from Twin Cities Sewage and Water kept me apprised at every step, came promptly, was neat and tidy, was a good teacher about what was going on, was very polite, let me look through the camera to inspect afterward, and cleaned up after himself. I couldn't have been more pleased. I haven't gotten service like that in years.
